The monthly, quarterly, or yearly subscription fee allows the subscriber access to the SteepGreeks.net website, premium published content, and additional access that requires a paid membership such as Discord. The information provided to subscribers is for educational and informational purposes only. www.SteepGreeks.net will have a monthly subscription plan, quarterly subscription plan, and a yearly subscription plan that will allow access to SteepGreeks.net as specified by the subscription selected.

All subscription options can be started at any time and will be valid for the length of time selected and will automatically renew.

Email Address Opt-in

By providing and registering your email address, you are opting into email communication from Paradox Capital Management, Inc. that may be generated from an email account or email campaign third-party service. To optout and unsubscribe, email admin@steepgreeks.net or click on the unsubscribe button at the bottom of campaign emails.

If any subscriber distributes any content from any subscriber content pages, charts, STEEPGREEKS index data, or published STEEPGREEKS reports without permission, their subscription will be terminated without refund. Members may not forward SteepGreeks.net emails, posts, SMS messages, affiliated private published content workspaces, or affiliated private social media platform messages in any capacity. The sharing of passwords/accounts is strictly prohibited. Any of these actions is a violation, and your membership will be immediately terminated without refund. Legal action will be taken against individuals who steal and/or share our content/intellectual property without explicit permission.

Any posts, comments, threats, or anything a moderator deems inappropriate is grounds for your membership termination without refund.

Billing/Cancellation/Refund

If you wish to cancel your membership, you must send a cancellation request to admin@steepgreeks.net prior to your renewal date/time. There are no refunds for any reason after your payment is submitted and processed for monthly subscriptions. A prorated refund may be issued for the quarterly subscription and MUST be requested in the first 30 days of membership. The member will be charged for one month of access at the monthly membership rate, and a partial refund equaling the difference between the quarterly membership cost and the monthly membership cost will be issued. A prorated refund may be issued for the yearly subscription and MUST be requested in the first 30 days of membership. The member will be charged for one month of access at the monthly membership rate, and a partial refund equaling the difference between the yearly membership cost and the monthly membership cost will be issued. These terms are nonnegotiable.

General Availability

www.SteepGreeks.net is operated by Paradox Capital Management, Inc. There will be weeks without service or SteepGreeks Zoom, SteepGreeks Charts, and SteepGreeks Indexes throughout the year due to vacation, sickness, lack of market opportunities, data availability, and other unforeseen circumstances. Data published by the CFTC and the futures and stock markets’ conditions may also dictate the amount of content provided. Everything discussed on this website and published content is for educational and informational purposes. What you do with the information presented is 100% your responsibility.

Affiliate Program

An affiliate must be approved by Paradox Capital Management, Inc. before becoming part of the affiliate program. All subscriptions registered through an affiliate link must be validated by Paradox Capital Management, Inc. to confirm the payment was completed. Commission owed to an affiliate after subscription payment validation will be completed on a monthly basis, during the first 10 business days of the following calendar month, based on the number of subscriptions referred.
